Bishan East grassroots leaders held a Community Vision 5-Year Work Plan presentation on Saturday, 9 January 2010. Three committees tasked to look into different key thrusts presented their action plans and key performance indices to CCC Chairman Mr. Chua Thian Poh.
The event was well-attended and represented by key grassroots leaders representing the various grassroots organisations and sub-groups. Participants exchanged views, comments and shared their thoughts on the many suggestions to enhance the vibrance and activism within the Bishan East estate and community.
