Mr Wong Kan Seng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs visited block 106 at Bishan East RC Zone 1 on the Thursday evening of 21 January 2010.
DPM Wong visited a total of 96 households in the block and was hosted by the Zone 1 RC Chairperson, Mdm Paridah while being accompanied by fellow grassroots leaders and officers from the Town Council, Police, LTA, HDB and NEA.
Residents gave many feedback about the environment and suggestions to improve. Here are the photos taken during the visit.
